Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the mandatory rules and ethical boundaries for sending messages via Fun Loop API's (including WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS). Compliance with this policy is required to maintain an active account.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Unsolicited Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk marketing messages without prior explicit recipient opt-in consent.
• Fraud & Phishing: Distributing misleading links, deceptive financial schemes, spoofed impersonations, or harvesting credentials.
• Malware & Exploits: Transmitting viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious APKs/executables through media attachments.
• Harassment & Hate Speech: Distributing threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• DLT / Telecom Violations: Bypassing national telecommunication regulations (such as TRAI DLT registration rules in India) or scraping phone directories.

3. Automated Circuit Breakers & Suspension

Fun Loop API's employs automated heuristic monitoring. Accounts exceeding a 15% bounce rate, receiving multiple abuse reports, or triggering high spam flags will be automatically throttled or suspended pending administrative review.

4. Reporting Violations

To report spam or abusive messaging originating from our platform, please contact our compliance desk at compliance@bigmis.in with the message payload, sender ID, and timestamp.
